Once we post job openings through recruitment app, the job positions will be appeared in under job field in odoo website. But the thing is if I create the website in Wordpress, are we able to publish vacancies under careers in wordpress website? I yes, What are the steps for that?

This depends on whether your Odoo recruitment app supports API or webhook integration with WordPress. Without a custom connector or an intermediate automation tool (like Zapier or custom REST API calls), the jobs won’t automatically appear on your WordPress Careers page.
