French accounting certification (NF)

Question

2 questions here.

Is OpenERP accountancy certified as NF (french norm - norme franÃ§aise)?
Isn't it simpler to export to a certified system? If so, has anybody got some tips about this procedure?

Found as well an export module called "ALE" (Asgard-Ledger-Export) [3] created by Heonium, who claims that this module works for V6, 6.1, and 7.0.

I'd like an answer to this question as well and I've read the older links @pierresoum gave.  The laws in France have changed since 2018 and based on new requirements, it's essential to have this answer before engaging in a purchase of modules.
