Forward facing email - v17

Question

Good morning,
I am wondering, in the event I have missed it during setup, if there is a 'forward facing email' that can be set and that differs from the logged in user. IE. in QBO, I log in with my user email but when I send out an invoice, there is a forward facing email in which copies and any return correspondence is returned to...such as  accountspayable@company.com [1]

You can set two email addresses on the template:
That would copy the email to the accounts department and replies would go to them, or there's this add-on:  https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/sh_email_enhancement/ [1]  (I've not used it, but it looks to be useful).
