Is there a way to stop sending an email to the client when they place an order?

Hello,

You have to try below solution. It might be helpful to you.

  • go to "Settings / Technical / Email / Subtypes"

  • select "Sales Order Confirmed"

  • uncheck all the options.

    I cannot find such an option "Settings / Technical / Email / Subtypes" in Odoo 14.
    I find the following solution. But I have no idea what it is?

    Make sure you enabled the developer mode after enabling developer mode you can find above Subtypes menu

    I already enabled the developer mode. I only find subtypes in "Settings->Technical->Discuss->Subtypes", but not in "Settings->Technical->Email"
