I have   record rule  for  emp_user  and try to add unlink in to record rule


    QUITJOB Emp RULE
    
    
    [('rela_user','=',user.id)]

But group emp_user still able to delete record ?

Im new in odoo can anyone help me explain, thanks

Normally the issue that cause a new rule to not work may be an existing rule with global domain or domain with access to same company.. Try to find a rule if exists and archive it.
