Bienvenue chez Odoo !
Après vérification, vous utilisez Odoo Online. Avec cette formule, il n'y a rien à installer sur votre ordinateur : il suffit de se connecter à votre base de données Odoo depuis un navigateur web.
Margaux, votre gestionnaire de compte, vous a envoyé un email hier pour vous proposer un rendez-vous d'une heure afin de vous accompagner dans vos premiers pas avec Odoo. N'hésitez pas à revenir vers elle.

If you have subscribed to Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or an Enterprise plan but are unable to install Odoo, the cause depends on your deployment type.
For Odoo Online (SaaS), there is nothing to install locally. Once your subscription is activated, Odoo should automatically create a database that you can access through your web browser. If the database has not been created yet, check your email for the activation link or contact Odoo Support.
For Odoo.sh, you need to create a project and deploy a branch before accessing your Odoo instance. Make sure your subscription is active and that you have the required access rights.
For On-Premise (self-hosted) installations, verify that you have downloaded the correct Odoo version from your Odoo account and that your system meets the installation requirements. Any installation logs or error messages would help identify the issue.

If you have subscribed to Odoo Online, normally you do not need to install Odoo manually. You only need to log in to your Odoo account and create your database from the Odoo portal.
