Talent Beyond Boundaries: is a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting refugees with international employment opportunities, facilitating skilled migration pathways as a complement to traditional resettlement methods. By collaborating with governments and employers, TBB enables refugees to utilize their skills in rebuilding their lives with dignity and purpose. Operating in countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and the US, TBB has supported over 130,000 displaced job seekers and assisted more than 1,700 individuals in securing migration solutions through displaced talent visa programs.
