Decoflorall VOF
Soepele overstap van Logic4 naar Odoo voor DecoflorallDecoflorall is een online groothandel en webshop in bloemschikmaterialen, met een uitgebreid assortiment voor zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten. Met meer dan 20.000 producten en een groot aantal dagelijkse orders is betrouwbaarheid in voorraadbeheer, inkoop en verzending cruciaal voor hun dienstverlening.
Na een eerder mislukt traject met Exact en de beperkingen van hun bestaande Logic4-platform, besloot Decoflorall over te stappen op Odoo ERP. De uitdaging: binnen slechts 2,5 maand live met een compleet nieuwe webshop en de bijbehorende logistieke processen. Een ambitieus project, dat vroeg om een ervaren partner die snel kan schakelen.
Radical Fanatics nam deze uitdaging met vertrouwen aan. Dankzij onze pragmatische aanpak en technische slagkracht konden we de webshop, voorraadbeheer, inkoopprocessen en verzending binnen de gestelde termijn succesvol migreren en integreren in Odoo.
Decoflorall koos bewust voor Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) vanwege onze kennis van e-commerce en logistiek, en de directe en oplossingsgerichte samenwerking. Het vertrouwen dat ontstond tijdens de voorbereidingen, groeide uit tot een partnership waarin snelheid, helderheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
Met de implementatie van modules zoals Website & Webshop, Voorraad, Inkoop, Verkoop, Verzending en Accounting beschikt Decoflorall nu over één geïntegreerd platform. Daarmee is niet alleen de dagelijkse operatie verbeterd, maar is het bedrijf ook klaar voor verdere groei. Veľkoobchod / Maloobchod
