Westerstrand - Europe
Westerstrand is een fabrikant en leverancier van elektronische scoreborden voor zowel indoor als outdoor toepassingen. Hun producten worden gebruikt in uiteenlopende sportomgevingen en vragen een nauwkeurige opvolging van verkoop, voorraad en technische gegevens. Door de verscheidenheid aan projecten en installaties had Westerstrand nood aan één centraal systeem dat hun volledige werking ondersteunt.Gebruikte Odoo apps
Voor de overstap naar Odoo werkte Westerstrand met meerdere softwareprogramma’s om hun bedrijfsprocessen te beheren. Dat zorgde voor versnipperde informatie en een gebrek aan overzicht. In de eerste fase start het bedrijf met de applicaties Verkoop, Inkoop, Voorraad en CRM, zodat alle commerciële processen gebundeld worden in één pakket. Hierdoor kunnen offertes, klantopvolging, bestellingen en stockbeheer voortaan centraal en efficiënt verwerkt worden.
In latere fases wordt Odoo uitgebreid met functionaliteiten voor reparaties en onderhoud. Ook technische meldingen zullen worden bijgehouden via de helpdeskapplicatie, waardoor Westerstrand storingen en serviceaanvragen snel en gestructureerd kan opvolgen.

Westerstrand zocht een partner die hun verspreide softwareomgeving kon omzetten naar één overzichtelijk systeem dat meegroeit met hun toekomstplannen.
