Hello..
I'm new in this openerp. Where could i find resources for creating module?
My goal is to create module to add new field to invoice template (there are some field i need to add)

You should definitely start with the technical memento: http://doc.openerp.com/memento.
This one is for OpenERP 6. The one for v7 will be available very soon. The majority of the concepts are the same. For the rest, you should explore http://doc.openerp.com and in particular http://doc.openerp.com/trunk/developers/index.html for v7.
