Hi,
You have two options.
As mentioned by Haresh Kansara from the users you can check the last login.
You need to customize and develop a module to get the user login details like this module.

Just go to the menu Settings/Users/Users.
You will find login_date in the last column of the tree view.
Hi,
There is an already one field which provides last user connection date.
Whenever any user login with system, system will take login datetime to that field you can check it out in user form.
