Use Case : Making Ice cream batches but during the process i found out that 20% of this batch is failed due to some reasons. Now as I input the 80% as finished produce and send it to stock. I want to input the get the 20% of failed quantity and sent it to a temporary location and used it later for my next manufacturing order as part of BOM if my Ice Cream.

Okay, will try that.
You can record the 20% as 'by-product' and set inventory route on this product to temporary location. You would also need to add this product as BOM component for subsequent MO
