Hello,

For two companies that already are Peppol registered via CodaBox AS4, I don't succeed in configuring Odoo as Peppol sender only. In both cases I get the error Peppol error code 201: Unable to register, please contact our support team.

I do get an e-mail informing me about the new sender and I also get a record in Invoicing Settings Proxy User stating Type: Peppol, mode: production and also both private key and token are filled in but when sending an invoice it returns to setting up the Peppol integration again. This happens for both Odoo 18 and 19 CE.

Any idea's?
