I created the customized email template.
When using it, I get the error below.
Noted that the issue is cause by the language, I have already copy & paste the English version to Chinese version like below, but still doesn't work.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem? I don't want to let the technical consultant do it for me everytime a new template need to be applied.

No it doesn't work as well.
Hi,
Does the english version works fine ? If yes, instead of copying same to chinese, empty the chinese translation , so that it will take the english and work.
