can you tell possible way to get the desktop notification while chatting in discuss module.
what are the steps to get that notification ? ... and also i want to notifiy the live chat notification.

if you check allow desktop notification on top from discuss screen, it will do desktop notification.
Is this option missing in Odoo 12 community edition? I don't see it in mine. Thanks.
I can't see neather any "allow desktop notification" on the top. In no part at all ...
Is it a "odoo 12 ce - problem"?
To activate notifications in Chrome:
- Go to the chrome configuration: chrome://settings/content/notifications
and delete the authorization of https://yourodoodomain.tld:443 - Return to the "Discuss" app, refresh the page (F5)
the small "Conversations" icon at the top right with a Odoobot message offering you to activate the notifications, accept it.
