Despite using a 7h per day working time plan and having everyone on the same timezone, a 7h addition on a timesheet is counted as 0.88 of a day.
How can I change that ?

You can modify the length of a day by going changing the hours' ratio in the units of measurement category menu.
Go to Sales > Units of Measurement Categories > Working Time and change the value of hours from the default 8 to 7 in a day.
Once done that every 7 hours spent on a task will be calculated as one day and 8 hours will be calculated as 1.14 days.
