Using many different apps to run their business, none of which talked to each other, Shenanigans spent a lot of time on thankless administrative tasks. It was time for an effective all-in-one solution in the form of Odoo ERP.

Their new website, made possible using Odoo’s Website app, now facilitates table and room bookings with ease (formally done in a paper diary) and can even take deposits for bookings without any intervention from their team.

Special events are now listed on the website and can be booked by ticket (free or paid-for events) to ensure the best possible experience for all involved. When additional staff are required for a special event, the Planning and Timesheet apps provide an easy way for the management team to ensure shifts are adequately covered.

Using the email marketing and social media marketing apps, Shenanigans have been able to increase new and repeat customer numbers consistently, even during historically quiet times like “dry” January.

Sixo Sytems are looking forward to continuing to work with Shenanigans to offer table-based ordering of food and drinks via QR codes and a dedicated kiosk, freeing up staff to work on providing the best experience possible.
