We use Odoo17 Enterprise on Premise and we're trying to get our zebra printers connected for label printing. I installed Virtual IoT 17 on my PC and the GUI shows HTTPS certificate as valid, the odoo database is detected as https://odoo.abertax.com and 9 devices(printers) are detected as well, however the IOT module on Odoo is blank and no devices or iot boxes are detected. I tried using the token and also using the UUID and contract info manually. It doesn't seem to pair. The IOT logs show the below. Can anyone point us in the right direction to solve this please:
