I tried Setting up google calendar in settings, now now settings are working and I cannot save any changes or make any changes in settings.

Same thing happen to me.
I fixed it by filling the input box in: General settings -> Web Site -> Google Analytics Board -> Google Client Secret
That was the problem, the code was on the website settings and not elsewhere.

I am facing the same issue and I wanted to know where did you find your Google Client Secret ?
Did you have to create an OAuth ?
I have not performed this operation in a while. But i remember that official docs helped me: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/general/auth/google.html

Such an error is thrown when the value for the required fields is not given. Can you check whether there is a field name Google Client Secret in the form, if so it will be required and enter value to it and then save it.
