If you are an enterprise customer and dont need the sh platform. What online credit card payment providers can you install. As i see from the app store payfast is available but need sh platform. And not sure what other providers will work.

Hello Johan,
In odoo various payment provider available based on the configuration you can received the payments.
For this need to enable deable debug module.
Go to Accounting --> Configuration --> Payment Provider
Here you can install the payment provider for your odoo instance.

As I am based in South Africa. Who is supporting South africa
you can use paypal or stripe ..
What to do to get payfast support. I know it is possible via sh or on premise. But most people will only use online versions as it is cheaper. Stripe is not supported in south Africa
yes odoo online have some kind of limitations.

Hi,
What you see in the odoo app store is not the official odoo apps, it is apps added by third party peoples.
The limitation with odoo online is that, you cannot use custom modules in it, it is possible to extend, but not all modules wont be supported in odoo online.
As there is no option to add third party payment providers, you can see which one from odoo core can handle your case. I hope Flutterwave covers most of the african countries, you can give a try for it right ?

Thanks I will see what i can do. Just feel like Odoo let the south Africa community down by not official supporting their big payment providers. As most of my clients will not pay extra for sh to install 3rd party software.
