1. If you want to use Odoo Community Edition:

You must host it yourself or use a third-party provider:

    Self-host on:

        Your own Linux server

        DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure, etc.

        A Docker container

    Use third-party Odoo hosting providers that allow Community Edition, such as:

        Odoo.sh (Odoo’s official PaaS — but only for Enterprise)

        Cloudpepper, ERPpeek, RoseHosting, etc.

2. If you want to use Odoo Cloud (official SaaS):

    You'll have to use the Enterprise Edition (which includes licensing fees).

    You cannot install custom modules unless you switch to Odoo.sh (Enterprise required).
