Implement Service and Enterprise Asset Management

Question

I'm looking in specific functionality in OpenERP. I'd like to implement Asset Management with preventive maintenance, state maintenance, spare parts inventory, meter management on assets, Work management (work orders, service orders), Inventory management etc...
All this should be for own company or for service providers to customers.

You can try our OpenEAM project. It implement EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) on base OpenERP.

Now available following modules:

Asset [1] (Managing assets locations)
MRO [2] (Asset Maintenance, Repair and Operation. Base module for maintenance.)
MRO PM [3] (Manage Proactive Maintenance process in OpenERP. Extend base module.)
