How can I reload source code without restarting the OpenERP server?

Hello,
I created some modules and I can't reload OpenERP because I've not the access rights, so how can I refresh source code on the fly?

Actually, some time ago I posted a similar question in StackOverflow [1] .
As a result, there is a module [2] adding a Reload button to OpenERP, next to the module's Upgrade button (v6).

You need to restart the OpenERP server to reload your modules.
If you can't restart it, you have no mean to refresh the python source code of your modules.
