Am I the only person that is frustrated with their idea of support? Every other platform I have used in the past has a support number that you can call if you get stuck on a simple question. Creating tickets to answer simple questions can be frustrating as asking a question in a ticket can be cumbersome and a lot of time is wasted just trying to make the support person understand what you are asking? We need a non-emergency support solution that we can phone.
