Hi, I need to configure the BOM in Odoo MRP to manage the EBOM and MBOM separately. As I understand, Odoo does not differentiate the BOM as EBOM or MBOM. What if, the manufacturing process I am trying to configure, require prototyping process before the planning, and the EBOM has a version process that will need to go thru multiple iteration or changes in the prototyping process, before it could be finalized as the MBOM for the production process

Hi Janson, did you find any way to manage eBoM and mBoM in Odoo?

Thanks for suggestion. But I still cannot find on how can I differentiate  BOM as EBOM or MBOM.

Please check the module PLM for the management of EBOM:

But with PLM module, at the end, we will release the BoM to manufacturing. So I think doesn't answer to Janson's question. Or you have any way to do it with PLM?
