challenges managing multiple disconnected ERP systems, making it difficult to
consolidate financials, coordinate inventory, and streamline operations across
companies. Partnering with Azkatech, Toy Market Group implemented a unified Odoo
ERP solution that centralized accounting with Lebanese localization, multi-company
management, inventory, sales (including POS and promotions), HR payroll and
attendance, CRM with marketing automation, and dashboards for customer insights.
Shopify e-commerce integration, BI tools, and an internal IT support chatbot further
enhanced visibility, automation, and overall efficiency.
