BOSS prides itself in being a leading distributor through its ability to deliver high quality products and to offer a high level of service. All of our internal systems have the customer as their focus. Our Sales and Warehouse departments are fully computerized and electronically connected. Our warehouse works on a three-shift system beginning 6am and ending at 10pm daily. Thus, we guarantee delivery of stocked items within 24 hours. Urgent requests processed on mornings can be dispatched for afternoon delivery.

BOSS is a privately owned company, founded by Chris Campbell in 1991. In January 2006 BOSS amalgamated with SCRIP-J to form The Business Supply Group Ltd. with a joint Board of Directors. The formation of a joint Board was established following the untimely death of Chris Campbell in 1999.

Both divisions are situated a stone's throw from each other in the Fernandes Industrial Centre. This amalgamation created synergies with common warehousing, delivery, HR and financial departments for the group and were the building blocks for the growth of the business.
