• تواصلت مؤسسة العرب الحديثة مع شركة نيرفا لتحسين سير العمل على نظام Odoo على وجه التحديد.

• في سبتمبر ،2022 قامت شركة نيرفا بتطوير نموذج عقارية مخصصة في Odoo، مصممة لتنظيم وتحسين دورة العمل الفريدة للعميل بكفاءة.

• شمل نطاق العمل نماذج العقارات والموارد البشرية والمحاسبة. • تم الانتهاء من جميع التعديلات، وتمت مرحلة الإطلاق ، والانتقال إلى مرحلة الدعم. حاليًا، المشروع في المرحلة الأولى، مع التركيز على الدعم والتحضير للمرحلة الثانية، والتي تشمل الشراء والمخازن و إدارة المشاريع. 

• تم ترقية إصدار أودو من إصدار 14 Odoo إلى 15 Odoo بنجاح. 

• تم الربط والتكامل مع منصة "فاتورة" التابعة لهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك بنجاح. 

• تم نقل خادم "السيرفر" الخاص بقاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالمؤسسة إلى المملكة العربية السعودية بدعم من Odoo للتوافق مع القوانين المحلية. 

• يوضح هذا التعاون كيف يمكن للحلول المصممة خصيصً ا من شركة نيرفا أن تساعد العملاء على تعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحقيق الأهداف الإستراتيجية.

• A leading Saudi real-estate firm, renowned for offering diverse services in hospitality, real estate, agriculture, and healthcare, sought a streamlined solution to enhance their real estate cycle within their existing contracts platform. With a commitment to authentic Arab values and preserving the Kingdom's heritage, the client aimed to innovate and achieve sustainable development in the Najran region, aligning with Vision 2030. They approached Nerva Consulting to specifically improve their workflow on the Oracle system. 

• In September 2022, Nerva Consulting developed a customized real estate module in Odoo, designed to efficiently organize and optimize the client's unique work cycle. The scope of work included real estate, HR, and accounting modules. All modifications were completed, and the client went live, moving to the support stage. Currently, the project is in Phase 1, focusing on support and preparation for Phase 2, which includes purchase, inventory, and rentals.
