El proyecto de implementación consiste en unificar toda la gestión de la empresa con un único Software "all in one". Se han sustituido varios softwares por Odoo desde donde gestionan parte financiera, recursos humanos, flotas, gestión de rutas, operativa de almacén, diseño layout, flujo de entradas, flujo de salidas, reaprovisionamiento, prioridades de extracción, reglas de picking, packing, multitud de tarifas, etc. Se ha conseguido un ahorro de costes y mejora de procesos de manera inmediata y con una solución escalable a futuro.
Octupus Technologies junto con el cliente está presente en reuniones técnicas con proveedores / clientes para realizar las integraciones y posibles nuevos desarrollos. De ervaringen in gebruik van Odoo zijn zo positief dat ook de Nederlandse holding met zusterbedrijven naar Odoo zijn overgestapt (vanuit AccountView). Via een API koppeling wordt gekoppeld met Scope.
