Callista zal voor BC Construct de BuildEase-oplossing implementeren als vervanging van hun huidige software, met de focus op:
- Opvolging van vorderingsstaten (inclusief gesplitste facturatie op één goedgekeurde staat).
- Facturatie en aankoopfacturatie rechtstreeks vanuit BuildEase.
- Integratie met Odoo-boekhouding, waarbij de tweede demo zich zal toespitsen op:
- Werken met twee btw-nummers (BE/NL) binnen één bedrijf.
- Goedkeuringsflows op basis van projectverantwoordelijken (werfleider → Cindy).
- Aankoopbeheer, betalingen en analytische boekhouding per project.

Ušetrili sme až 90 hodín mesačne pracovníkom, ktorí majú na starosti prenájom strojov. V systéme majú výborný prehľad, ktorý stroj je možné požičať v požadovanom termíne. Systém následne vygeneruje aj podklady na podpis dokumentov (preberací protokol, vrátenie tovaru, objednávka) jedným kliknutím a následne môže zákazník podpísať všetky dokumenty na tablete.
