Gamewear Group Inc is a B2B hockey apparel and equipment distributor operating in Quebec, with a complex product catalog, layered pricing structures, and tightly coupled inventory, sales, and fulfillment workflows. We stabilized and restructured their Odoo environment to better reflect real-world distribution operations, correcting core configuration gaps and implementing targeted customizations where standard functionality fell short. 

Our mandate included workflow realignment, data integrity improvements, operational risk reduction, and hands-on enablement to restore system reliability. We continue to advise Gamewear on incremental optimization to ensure the platform remains scalable, resilient, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.
