ELLEN Pumps and Foundries is a pioneer in the field of agricultural and domestic monoblocs, pump sets, S.G./Ductile & Grey Iron castings in India. Oodu Implementers collaborated with Ellen Industries Private Limited to resolve critical operational challenges such as inaccurate Profit and Loss reports, limited visibility into input–output analysis, inefficiencies in work orders and manufacturing processes, and frequent inventory mismatches. By implementing key Odoo applications, we optimized their inventory management, streamlined and corrected their manufacturing processes—including BOM validation—and enabled real-time Profit and Loss tracking. These improvements helped Ellen Industries achieve greater accuracy, efficiency, and control across their operations.
