The company was facing inefficiencies due to manual processes, fragmented data, and challenges in enforcing procurement policies and consolidating financials.We implemented a fully integrated Odoo solution covering HR, Purchase, and Accounting modules. The HR system automated payroll, attendance (integrated with biometric devices), and leave management, significantly improving accuracy and reducing administrative workload.
On the procurement side, we established a policy-driven purchase workflow with automated requisitions, approval routing, vendor management, and seamless PO-to-bill processing. This ensured strict compliance with the company’s procure-to-pay (P2P) policy while enhancing transparency and efficiency.
For accounting, we standardized the chart of accounts across entities and enabled real-time financial consolidation. Automated inter-company transaction elimination ensured accurate group-level reporting and reduced audit complexity.

Their primary struggles were maintaining accounting accuracy for high-volume online sales and effectively managing complex courier payment tracking. These issues consumed excessive time and led to unreliable financial reporting.We provided a stable foundation by deploying and designing their website directly within Odoo. To truly conquer the chaos, we built a specialized data-import mechanism. This genius tool lets them simply drop their bulk orders into Odoo via CSV files.
