North Naturals Private Limited
North Natural Pvt. Limited (NNPL), a manufacturer of cosmetic products including serums and Omega-7 capsules, partnered with us to unify its complex operations spanning raw material extraction, toll manufacturing, inventory, and e-commerce. Disconnected processes across locations created challenges in visibility, coordination, and efficiency.We implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution covering Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR, POS, and Shopify integration. The system streamlined financial operations through automated invoicing, vendor bill management, and real-time reporting, ensuring complete accuracy and control.
To support NNPL’s toll manufacturing model, we configured subcontracting workflows that tracked raw materials from extraction to processing and final product delivery. Procurement and inventory were tightly integrated, enabling real-time stock visibility, accurate costing, and seamless internal transfers across multiple locations.
We also integrated Shopify with Odoo to synchronize online orders, inventory, and financials, providing a unified dashboard for managing digital sales. Additionally, HR processes were digitized with automated payroll, attendance tracking via biometric devices, and streamlined employee management.
The implementation was further enhanced with POS and barcode integration, enabling efficient retail operations, faster checkout, and real-time synchronization with inventory and accounting.
