For Ramona Farruggia, we implemented a fully customised Odoo solution designed to streamline and automate the salon’s daily operations. The system was tailored specifically to the needs of the business, helping improve efficiency, reduce manual administration, and create a smoother workflow for both staff and clients.Using Odoo, we developed a custom appointment and scheduling calendar that allows the salon to manage bookings more efficiently while keeping all daily operations organised within one centralised platform. Alongside this, we integrated accounting and invoicing tools to simplify financial management and automate recurring administrative tasks.
We also implemented an advanced inventory and product management system, including detailed product tracking based on millilitre usage. This allows the salon to accurately monitor stock consumption, minimise product waste, and automate reordering processes when stock levels become low, ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
To strengthen the salon’s digital presence, we also designed and hosted their website, creating a professional online platform fully aligned with their brand and business operations.

SR Services Limited
SR Group Ltd., which includes SR Services and SR Environmental, provides a variety of environmental and maintenance services across Malta. Additionally, the same system is used to manage TJ Novelty, a separate business within the group that specializes in providing educational toys and resources for both schools and individuals. Aviense took over an existing Odoo system that was implemented by another partner and successfully upgraded it from version 14.0 to 17.0. This included the challenging task of upgrading custom modules written for SR Group and TJ Novelty. Salon Supplies, a company that caters to the needs of beauty salons by providing products, tools, and services, faced challenges in managing inventory, customer orders, billing, and customer relationships. The company needed an efficient solution to streamline these processes and ensure smooth operations.The goal was to provide beauty salons with tools that would enable efficient stock management, sales processing, automated invoicing, and personalized customer services, improving overall operational effectiveness.
To address these challenges, Salon Supplies implemented Odoo’s ERP system, incorporating several key modules to optimize operations. The Inventory Module was used to track stock levels and automate reordering, ensuring that salons always had essential products available. The Sales Module streamlined the entire sales process by managing customer orders, from creation to fulfillment, improving efficiency. The Invoice Module automated the billing process, reducing manual errors and speeding up invoicing cycles. Sepoy wanted a structured system which would eliminate paperwork and streamline the process from order to invoicing. Inventory needed to be managed and tracked with serial
numbers and allocated to clients. Projects, timesheets,planning, job sheets and delivery notes needed to be streamlined offering a flow to facilitate client invoicing.
To address the challenges of Sepoy Engineering, eMerge implemented various Odoo apps which included Accounting, Sales, Projects, Timesheets, Field Services and Inventory.

The staff at Dar Pinto are trained healthcare professionals who provide personalized care to
each resident, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The home
offers a range of services, including medication management, meal preparation,
housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments.

Smina Poultry Products Ltd.
Smina (Chicken Run Ltd.) required a more connected and efficient way to manage operations across its shops, warehouses, butcher sections, and internal teams. Through the implementation of Odoo, we helped bring key areas of the business into one streamlined system, improving visibility, control, and day-to-day efficiency.Inventory became more manageable, accounting workflows became smoother, and the receiving of goods became easier to track with greater accuracy. Purchase orders can now be matched properly against goods received, while selling goods and applying discounts has become far more seamless across operations.
We also helped simplify stock transfers and stock takes across multiple warehouses and 7 shops, giving the team a more reliable way to manage movement and availability of stock. With Odoo Discuss, activities, and internal logs, communication and task tracking across invoices, credit notes, and internal processes became much clearer and more structured.
