With rapid growth and increasingly complex internal operations, Brain Station 23 took the strategic decision to implement Odoo ERP for its own internal process automation and operational efficiency.

To address these challenges, Brain Station 23 implemented Odoo ERP across multiple departments. The Project module centralized task management and improved visibility into work progress. HR modules—such as Employees, Leaves, and Attendance—streamlined workforce management. The Expense module simplified reimbursement workflows, while Inventory provided better control over IT assets and consumables. The Accounting module enabled real-time financial tracking, and the Purchase module brought efficiency to internal procurement. Additionally, CRM and Sales modules were used to manage leads and internal business development initiatives.
The impact was significant. Automation of key workflows improved internal coordination, reduced manual errors, and accelerated approvals. Real-time reporting and centralized visibility enhanced decision-making across teams. The company experienced smoother project tracking, better asset control, and more accurate financial reporting.
