The Corporate Finance team at Baker Tilly operates without a centralized system, leading to a lack of standardized processes and difficulty in tracking projects. Information is scattered across various tools like Excel and SharePoint, making it time-consuming to find what is needed and challenging to analyze data for reporting purposes.

To tackle these issues, dear digital is initiating a system analysis with Baker Tilly, beginning with a kick-off meeting to define the project scope. This will be followed by an AS-IS workshop to pinpoint specific pain points and discover current workflows. The objective is to outline a solution that centralizes their knowledge and standardizes their processes.
