We found an error and want to check the historical log entries. However it was on the 11th of December. When I go to filter out for the 11th. It doesn't do anything. How do I view old Log entries?

More info needed.
- is that particular date only got this issue ? can you see logs for other dates ?
- check the odoo.conf for location of the log file
