Hello everyone, 
We have an issue with outgoing emails where the server is no longer working properly. Previously we had the configuration as username and it worked ok. We had to switch to the OAuth because the username is no longer working as well. 

The main issue currently is the display of the name of the sender. The name is shown as catchall.... this shows because the email alias that we configured is catchall@....


Is it possible to change something so the name of the sender will be the user that is sending the email?

Hello,

This usually happens because emails are being sent through the OAuth-authenticated mailbox, which in your case is catchall@....

To show the actual Odoo user as the sender, make sure each user has the correct email address in Odoo and that the Outlook mailbox has permission to send as or send on behalf of those users.

If OAuth is only configured for catchall@..., Outlook may force the sender to appear as catchall. In that case, you may need Send As / Send on behalf permissions in Microsoft 365, or separate outgoing mail configurations for users.

As a workaround, you can keep catchall as the sending mailbox and set the user as Reply-To, but for the actual From name/address, Microsoft permissions must allow it.

Hello,

Yes, this is typically caused by a report layout or paper format mismatch rather than the report content itself.

Since the same report works correctly in your Trial account, I would compare the Paper Format settings, margins, page dimensions, and any custom layout/report templates between the two databases. An extra page can also be triggered by hidden page-break elements or slight size differences that push the content beyond the printable area.

If possible, try testing with a simplified version of the label and verify that the label dimensions exactly match the configured paper format.
