Yes, you can receive inventory without creating a purchase order by creating a manual inventory receipt. This can be done directly from the Inventory module. Here’s how you can achieve this:

1. Navigate to Inventory Module.

2. Select Operation -> Transfer -> Receipts -> new.

3. Enter the Receive from, Operation type, product and the quantity.

4. Click validate button

Now the receipt was created without an purchase order.
