Noémie (Nemo) originally completed her bachelor of science in Biomedical Engineering at the Johns Hopkins University in the USA. After her studies, she pivoted into IT Consulting with Deloitte in Washington D.C., USA. In 2022, she founded the Sodexis Switzerland office in Geneva to lead the expansion of Sodexis services in Europe. She is passionate about using technology to solve the world’s most pressing problems and aid businesses. With 8 years of experience in IT consulting and a strong engineering background, she is uniquely qualified to help organizations translate their business workflows into Odoo and reimagine their business operations.

400+ Million Tons of Plastic are produced every year, of which less than 10% is recycled! This is the problem DePoly is trying to solve through Advanced Recycling with Odoo ERP.

During this talk, participants will learn about how the DePoly Business team made the decision to use Odoo CRM instead of any other point-solution CRM system to drive their Sales process into a fully-integrated delivery and accounting pipeline to ensure full traceability and the best possible user experience for their customers. Through a series of several workshops and demonstrations, the DePoly team came to the conclusion that the fully-integrated nature of Odoo, allowing for seamless handoffs between Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing and Accounting added tremendous value to their organization and far outweighed any potential benefits of other tools they were considering as a point-solution for their CRM. Implementation of the Odoo CRM in V17 with proper training and change management allowed DePoly to align internal processes across their Business, Laboratory, Pilot Plant, and Finance teams with Odoo ERP as the main backbone for their key processes.

Throughout their Odoo ERP implementation journey, DePoly has been accompanied by Sodexis, as a trusted partner to help ensure a stepwise, high ROI Odoo implementation that focuses on high-impact functionalities first & foremost.
