European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies a.s.b.l.
ESAVS provides continuing veterinary education to over 19,000 students across 20 countries, partnering with more than 500 schools. Previously, course registrations, billing, and multi-session events were managed via Excel and Lexware, requiring extensive manual reconciliation.With Odoo, ESAVS now centralizes course management, registrations, split payments, events, and academic tracking in a single integrated system, while automating multi-company accounting and bank reconciliation. Integrations with WordPress, Moodle, and eCampus streamline e-learning and registration processes, improving administrative and educational workflows.
Result: smoother operations, precise academic tracking, and an administrative team freed from repetitive tasks, with plans to expand Odoo to Asia in 2026.
