Avatar Diamonds
Avatar Diamonds is a jewellery brand focused on delivering high-quality gold and diamond jewellery while maintaining precision in pricing, inventory, and sales operations. To support their business processes and ensure operational accuracy, a centralized ERP system was required to manage both standard operations and industry-specific requirements.
Using Odoo, Avatar Diamonds streamlined their core workflows by implementing integrated modules for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting. In addition, a custom module was developed to manage the daily gold rate, enabling the business to stay aligned with real-time market prices and ensure accurate pricing across transactions. We also implemented a customization that allows the system to generate unique QR codes for every jewellery item purchased, enabling easy identification, traceability, and faster billing when selling the items through the Sales module.
