Yes, this is possible in Odoo. By default, the Sales smart button mainly shows the Sales Orders summary, but the product lines can be displayed through a customized list/tree view or by adding related product information to the customer’s sales history view.

A common approach is:

• Extend the Sales Orders view linked to the customer
• Display ordered products directly in the list
• Optionally add a dedicated “Products Sold” smart button/tab on the customer form
