This forum is down for some people... That's why its been quiet here. Please complain / help.
Have you noticed its been quiet here for the last several weeks? That's because the form is unavailable for some of us.
If you're reading this, you're one of the lucky few who have access to the forum.
Try accessing the forum from a private/incognito window, and you might see what I mean. If you are affected, you will get this image.
Apparently Odoo is having some problems (for like 4 weeks now) with the forum and supposedly only people with "karma points" have access. I'm fairly new so didn't have karma, so I was locked out despite being a paying user. I think I finally got in by taking some of the "courses" that result in experience points.
While you and I have access to the forum, some others not.
I have difficulty believing that a forum problem can take so many weeks to fix, but I really have nothing to base that on and am making assumptions.
Anyhow, I've spent enough time complaining to tech support... If any of you could please help complain too, I think it will help to get this issue resolved for more of us.
I get the same problem when i open in private/incognito window, but if you login to odoo.com and then try access forum in private window it works.
I have been accessing odoo forum like this from past 2 weeks.

Same error for 3 weeks (well, since newyear), had to log in from within a VM, because I can't access on my main PC (tried firefox and chrome). Clearly an error on their side that is taking to long to fix... At least some info would be grateful.
Thank you for your post, yes I had the same problem too for now two weeks.
So I complained on the chat support today and they told me, that I have to be logged in to use the forum.
Why can't Odoo change the message from:
"The Odoo forum is currently unavailable"
to
"You have to login to use the forum"
Logging in still doesn't do it for many situations. I was logged in, but it wasn't working, and tech support told me that it was because I didn't have "karma points."
