I'm currently using bitnami Odoo 15.0, I use it most for CRM. I'm in need for some selectable filters in Leads/Contact/Teams models, I'll use Leads as the example of this topic.

I know that in Odoo 17.0 Salesperson filters for example, are selectable, but I have no interest in updating Odoo for multiple reasons. Now, for my users to filter Leads based in Salesperson, they have to go Filters > Add Custom Filter > Scroll until finding Salesperson > Typing Salesperson name in filter box. 

The ideal case would be a main filter right under "My Pipeline" called Salesperson, that were selectable. That way the user would see a main filter and select from existing Salesperson options.

I tried following multiple guides, videos and forums topics, edited xml and views, but it didn't work.

In contact and leads fields, salesperson is a selectable field, it would be ideal that it was selectable in filters as well. How can i manage do do it?
