Summary: We have configured a workspace in Odoo Documents to upload attachments that are sent to an email address we have configured. 

Issue: When sending an email to the alias, no attached files are uploaded into the document workspace from the email that was sent. 

Configuration:

•  Upload by email is checked under workspace share configuration with the email alias we have set using our alias domain
  
• Within Odoo General Settings > Discuss, we have configured our alias domain, outlook server and incoming/outgoing mail servers which are confirmed. 

Any tips on what we may have missed to get this function working?
