change time for send mails

Question

in Odoo 13, I think all emails notifications are sending each 5 minutes. How can I change this time for each 1 minute or less ?

Hi Sebastien:
*Mail: Email Queue Manager* handles the sending of emails.
*Mail: Fetchmail Service* is for processing incoming mails from an external email server.

Hi!
By default the Fetchmail Service is set to 5 minutes, but if you want to change it to 1 minute for example, so in "Developer Mode", go to the menu  Setting ‣ Technical ‣ Automation  ‣ Scheduled Actions  then select *Mail: Fetchmail Service *and change the value of the field  " Execute Every" as you need.

I also modified Mail: Email Queue Manager with the same parameter because
*Mail: Fetchmail Service* seems doesn't work.
