I want to upgrade to odoo 17 and I created a test database but I noticed in automated action (rule)
when I use create record
it does not give the "data to write" tab
what is the problem ?

Hi ,
In Odoo 17 Automation rules are in Settings/Technical/Automation/Automation Rules .
Please check the below screenshot of automation rules
When open the record it will look like this
In action to Do tab there is an Add an action button. when click on that button there is lot of option will come like this
Please check your custom module . in default it works
