Victoria Courts, a private group with investments in the retail, interior design, furniture, and

financial industries in Eastern Africa, provides customers with a unique shopping experience in

inviting showrooms and exceptional customer service. However, they currently manage their

business with multiple small custom software and an Excel sheet, which has become routine

and inconvenient. They aim to eliminate these disparate systems and implement an ERP

system for streamlined operations.

Brainvire conducted configuration and customization tasks and decided to implement Odoo

ERP. The real-time information provided by Odoo ERP was deemed valuable for decision-

makers, enabling timely action and cost avoidance. The team assisted with various operational

reports, including inventory valuation, accounting, and HR reports, that allowed management to

make quick decisions and adapt to changing business environments. Odoo also seamlessly

integrated with third-party systems such as CRM, Sales, and POS, facilitating easy

management of manufacturing, projects, logistics, fleet, and rentals. With Odoo ERP, Victoria

Courts had a single platform for their back-end operations, enhancing efficiency and

productivity.
